Privacy Policy

Speyro is a brand of JMAM Brands LLC (“Speyro,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit speyro.com or sign up, how we use it, and the choices you have. Speyro is in Giving Preview: no cards are linked and no payments are processed yet. We will update this policy, and tell you, before that changes.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: your first and last name, birthday (to confirm you’re an adult), email address and, if you choose, your mobile number.
- Your giving choices: your giving rule, daily and monthly caps, the causes you name, and how you plan to give.
- Map sharing, only if you turn it on: the name and center point of your nearest city. Your phone works this out itself; your exact location is not sent to us or stored.
- Basic technical data: information browsers send automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, used to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
- To create your account and send your sign-in codes.
- To save your giving setup and invite you to link cards when giving opens.
- To send service messages, such as receipts, statements and gift alerts you turned on.
- To show a seed on the public map by city, 5 to 15 minutes after a gift, only if you turned on map sharing. The map never shows your name, amount or where you shopped.
- To verify causes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
What we don’t do
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who helps us
We use service providers that handle data on our behalf under contract: Supabase (accounts and database), Vercel (website hosting) and Bird (email delivery). When giving opens we will add regulated payment and bank-connection partners and list them here before you link anything.
Your choices
- Turn map sharing and gift alerts on or off at any time.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to give@speyro.com. We will respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires.
- Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Virginia, the EU or the UK), you may have additional rights; we honor them on request.
Keeping it safe
Information is encrypted in transit, and access is limited so each person can see only their own account. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you as the law requires if a breach affects you.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is open. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your information within 90 days, except records we must keep by law.
Age
Speyro is for adults: 18 and older, or the age of majority where you live if higher (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and we delete it if we learn we have.
