These terms are an agreement between you and JMAM Brands LLC, doing business as Speyro (“Speyro,” “we,” “us”), for use of speyro.com and the Speyro service. By creating an account you agree to them.

Giving Preview

Speyro is in Giving Preview. You can create an account and set up your giving, but no cards are linked, no money moves and no gifts are made yet. Features described on the site are planned and may change. Before giving opens we will publish updated terms, including payment and donation terms, and ask you to accept them before anything is charged.

Who can use Speyro

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi), and able to form a binding contract. We ask for your birthday to confirm this and may verify it when you link a card or bank. You agree to give accurate information and to keep your email account secure, since sign-in codes are sent there.

Causes and the map

Causes you name are requests until verified. Showing your seeds on the map is optional and by city only. Don’t use Speyro to misrepresent a cause, harass anyone, or interfere with the service.

Not financial, legal or tax advice

Speyro is not a bank and does not give financial, legal or tax advice. Whether a gift is tax-deductible depends on the recipient and your situation; tips are never tax-deductible.

Our content

Speyro, the sparrow mark and our slogans are trademarks of JMAM Brands LLC. You may not copy or use them without permission.

Ending use

You can close your account any time by writing to give@speyro.com. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Disclaimers and limits

During Giving Preview the service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Speyro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to $100.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update them; if a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect. Questions: give@speyro.com.
